Where can I ask questions?
Questions of general relevance and regarding the module contents can be posted in the discussion forums. Ideally, participants will help each other as a first step (peer learning). If not, the course team will step in and provide support. Module specific questions are collected, aggregated and subsequently presented to the instructors, who can then provide an elaborate expert feedback. You can access the forums below. Click ‘Show Discussion’ to get an overview, or press the blue button to directly write a post. In case of other individual or technical problems, feel free to contact the course team: mbsx.info@mannheim-business-school.com. We will try to react as quickly as possible.
How can I obtain a certificate?
All participants who pass the course are eligible for an MBSx certificate free of charge. Certification criteria are: complete the course and achieve at least 60% progress in the self-test assignments. Unfortunately, we cannot offer ECTS-credits for the first run of this course.
Which button do I have to click in order to submit my multiple choice answer?
After you have ticked an answer box, you can click on two different boxes: ‘Check’ and Save’. ‘Check’ means that you submit an answer. In case that you have only one submission left, this box will change to ‘Final Check’.
If a green check mark pops up, you have successfully answered the question. Ignore the 'Final Check' button in this case and navigate to the next exercise. Otherwise, in case of giving a wrong answer, a red cross will appear. You will have another try and can submit your alternative answer by clicking on the 'Check' button.
The ’Save’ button is intended to temporarily store your answer. By clicking on it, you do not submit an answer. This function is intended to allow you going back to the lecture video and then reassess your answer.
Which browsers does the platform support?

Is there a mobile app to access MBSx?
