We collect information, including personal data, when you sign up for a user account, participate in online courses, register for a paid certificate, send us email messages and/or participate in our public forums.

We also collect certain learning analytics information about student performance and patterns of learning.

This website uses etracker technology (www.etracker.com) to collect data on visitor behavior. The data is collected anonymously for use in research and optimization of the platform and the offered services. All visitor data is saved using an anonymous user ID and can be used to aggregate a usage profile. Cookies may be used for this purpose.
